1. Go to the Secretary of State's website: https://onestop.wv.gov/b4wvpublic/default.aspx?pagename=filingcabinet and click "Amendment". Look up the LLC using its name and click continue
2. Enter the NEW LLC name on "Amend business name" page
3. Continue to list the contact and manager's information
4. Review the details and pay

Submit it by mail

1. Fill out and print the form including the Customer Order Request
