2. Click on Business Services (under picture)
3. Scroll down to Certificate of Existence
4. Choose the Non-Subscriber option if you are not a subscriber.
5. List contact information
6. Entity ID Number or name of entity and search
7. Confirm the information
8. Check box to acknowledge
9. Enter credit card information
10. Submit payment
11. The document is obtained immediately after payment

Submit it by mail

1. Print and fill out the form (including the payment form)
2. Mail 2 copies of this completed form along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Secretary of State, Business Services, P.O. Box 5616, Montgomery, Alabama 36103
3. Include a check, money order, prepaid or credit card payment form.
