I was emailed about a problem with my EIN. How do I fix this?

You can reach out to us by responding to the email we sent, or you can give us a call at (855) 612-0480 so that we can resolve this issue. For your security, we ask that you do not send sensitive information to us by email.

How can I register an LLC if I’m outside the US?

This is easy. You can learn more here. For further information, you can contact us using the chat option on the bottom right of your screen.

I filled out the form online and after making a payment, it just keeps on spinning.

Payment receipts are sent automatically. If you’ve checked and it's not in your inbox or spam, contact us and we can send it to your email right away.

How can I open a bank account in the U.S since I am not residing in the U.S.

It is possible to open a bank account in the US even though you are not a resident. Once your LLC has been filed and approved by the state, we will send you an email with the information on how to set up your business bank account.

I do not have an ITIN or SSN. How can you help me obtain my EIN?

It is possible to get an EIN if you do not have an ITIN/EIN and are based overseas. However we would need to send the application by fax to the IRS which takes about 10-14 business days.

How can I keep my home address private?

There are some states that do not list the Principal Office Address on public records. To be on the safe side, you can use our Registered Agent service for both the Principal Office Address and the Registered Agent Address. To sign up click here

My card was charged. Can you tell me why?

This could be one of 3 charges (Registered Agent subscription, State Compliance subscription or annual report fee). You can contact us and provide the LLC name and email address so we can check and confirm what the payment was for.

How do I know if my application is approved?

You can track your application in our dashboard. Draft status:, you’ve filled out the form but have not paid. In Progress: we’ve received your application and are preparing the documents to submit to the state. Filed: documents have been submitted to the state and awaiting their approval. Compile: We’ve received your application from the state. You will receive an email with all documents. Active: Your LLC formation and approval process is complete. You can search the State website to see that your entity is listed.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can reach out to us at (855) 612-0480 or contact us via chat. Please note, if the subscription is for the Registered Agent, you would need to file a change of registered agent form with the state, before we can cancel the subscription.

How can I view/download my documents?

You can login to the dashboard click on documents and download them to your device.

What is a Registered Agent?

Registered Agent This is who collects the mail. You can be your own registered agent, or have a service that provides that for you. This is where important documents from your state will be sent for example Compliance Documents, so make sure it is a person/service that will be checking the mail often. PO Boxes are a no go for your Registered Agent's address.
