1) Go to the Secretary of State's website: https://corponline.dcra.dc.gov/Home.aspx/Landing, click "Other Online Services"
2) Look up the LLC using its name and select "RA-3 Statement of Change of Registered Agent"
3) Enter the NEW Registered Agent name and/or address on Registered Agent Information page
4) List the manager's name and address on Authorized Official page and click continue to pay

Submit it by mail

1. Fill out and print the form including the Mail-in Filing Cover Letter https://dlcp.dc.gov/sites/default/files/dc/sites/DLCP/publication/attachments/EX-2%20Mail-in%20Filing%20Cover%20Letter.pdf
2. Prepare a check made payable to "DC Treasurer"
3. Mail all forms and required payment to:
