5. Click "Statement of Change of Registered Office and/or Registered Agent"
6. Locate your business in the system by
either:
A. Searching for it using the Entity
Name field, OR
B. Entering your Entity ID
7. Click the Select button next to your business’ name. DO NOT click the green entity name and continue
8. Once the Entity Information appears, click Next
9. Entity's email address and phone number
10. Updated information of the registered agent
11. Digital/Wet signature of an authorized person
12. Printed or typed name of the authorized person
13. Add
14. Review the filing
15. Add to cart and checkout
