1) Go to the Secretary of State's website: https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Dashboard.aspx,
2) Click the LLC name, select the drop-down, choose Change of Registered Agent and/or Registered Office", and click File Online
3) Check the box to authorize the change and click Next
4) Enter the new Registered Agent's name and/or address and click next
5) Review the filing and check the box to acknowledge the information provided
6) Click Next to enter the first manager's name and title (manager)
7) Click Next to proceed with payment

1. Fill out and print the form
2. Prepare a check or money orders and mail the documents to:
