1. Login to https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/loginwelcome.aspx?lobID=1
2. Under LLC Filings, click on "All Other LLC Filings"
3. Enter the LLC's Charter No and search (You can find the Charter No by searching for the entity)
4. Click on the dropdown under "Create Filing" click on "Statement of Correction (LLC 7)" and file online
5. From the dropdown beside "Type of Document" select Articles of Organization (The initial filing date will be on the dropdown)
6. Describe the incorrect statement and the reason for the correction.
7. You can attach a copy of the filed document to be corrected (optional)
8. State the date the original article of the organization was filed
9. Review and check the box to acknowledge
10. Add a signer. The signer/Signature is the first Manager
11. From the dropdown, the title is Manager
12. Pay
