2. Select "FILE A NEW BUSINESS OR REGISTER A NAME" under business filings
3. Select "Limited Liability Company (Non-Ohio)" and pick an expedited option
4. Search the LLC name if available and continue
5. Name of Limited Liability Company in its jurisdiction of formation
6. Assumed name if the LLC name is not available for use in Ohio
7. Jurisdiction of formation (State and country)
8. Effectiveness of Filing: Filing date/future date (back-dating is not allowed)
9. Registered Agent in Ohio
10. Add attachments if needed
11. Use the first manager as the authorized agent. Save and Continue.
12. Review the document pdf and PRINT NAME in Print Name box underneath the signature.
13. Verify for Checkout, click Select Filings and, checkout.
