1) Go to the Secretary of State's website: https://egov.maryland.gov/BusinessExpress/EntitySearch and look up the LLC using its name.
2) Click the LLC Name and select "Options for this Business"
3) Choose "Articles of Reinstatement"
4) Enter all necessary details
5) and pay
Submit it by mail
1) Print and sign the form
2) All checks must be made out to State Department of Assessments and Taxation or SDAT
