2) Click "Application for Reinstatement Following Administrative Dissolution" and input the Business ID. You may go to https://corp.sos.ms.gov/corp/portal/c/page/corpbusinessidsearch/portal.aspx to look up the business ID of your LLC.
3) Enter your Federal Tax ID or SSN
4) Click the sign button then enter the first manager's name and address
5) Select how you would like to receive your Intent to Dissolve Notices /Certificates of Administrative Dissolution.
6) Click "submit the document electronically and pay online"

6) Click "Print the document and mail-in with check"
6) Please make the $50 check for the filing fee payable to the MISSISSIPPI SECRETARY OF STATE. Mail the completed form with payment to SECRETARY OF STATE, PO BOX 136, JACKSON, MS 39205-0136.
