Submit it online
1) Go to the Secretary of State's website: https://corp.sos.ms.gov/corp/portal/c/page/corpNewFilings/portal.aspx
2) Click "File Articles of Dissolution or Certificate of Withdrawal" and input the Business ID. You may go to https://corp.sos.ms.gov/corp/portal/c/page/corpbusinessidsearch/portal.aspx to look up the business ID of your LLC.
3) Enter the effective date of dissolution. The Future Effective Date is optional and cannot exceed 90 days from date of filing.
4) Click the sign button then enter the first manager's name and address
5) Click the "Next" button twice and "submit the document electronically and pay online"

6) Please make the $50 check for the filing fee payable to the MISSISSIPPI SECRETARY OF STATE. Mail the completed form with payment to SECRETARY OF STATE, PO BOX 136, JACKSON, MS 39205-0136.
