1. Login at https://hub.business.pa.gov/
2. Search business name
3. Click on "FILE AMENDMENT"
4. Select "TERMINATION"
5. Business details is pre-filled with your LLC’s File Number, current name, and company type.
6. Registered Office is pre-filled with your LLC’s RA details
7. Check "All debts, obligations and other liabilities of the limited liability company have been paid and discharged."
8. Check "All the remaining property and assets of the limited liability company have been distributed among its members in accordance with their respective rights and interests."
9. Check "There are no actions pending against the limited liability company in any court."
10. Check "The limited liability company is terminated."
11. Attach tax clearance documents
12. Review filing
13. Signature page - Check the boxes. Add your full name and click "Today" as your signature.
14. File online and pay.

Submit it by mail

To terminate your LLC by mail, follow the instructions below:
1. Print and complete the form
2. Include a $70 check payable to "Department of State"
3. Mail documents (including tax clearance certificate) and check to
