LLC
LLCs are the most common type of business entity, and is probably what you need.
An LLC is easy to set up and manage, provides liability protection for the owners, and is very flexible when it comes to making decisions about your taxes. Most new businesses are set up as LLCs. If you're not sure what type of business entity you need, choose this option.

Corporation
Corporations are a more advanced--and more complex--option for you new business.
While most new businesses should be LLCs, certain types of companies may benefit from a corporation structure. We don't typically recommend selecting this option unless you are confident it's what you need for you business.
